Refund Policy
Vocals.fun — Effective January 1, 2025
Digital products are tricky. Once you download a vocal pack, we can't un-download it from your hard drive. So here's how we handle refunds — fairly and honestly.
The Short Version
Because every vocal pack has a full audio preview before purchase, all sales are final. You hear exactly what you're buying before you buy it.
When We Will Issue a Refund
- Duplicate purchase — You accidentally bought the same pack twice. We'll refund the duplicate.
- Corrupted files — The download is broken or the stems are damaged. We'll either fix it or refund you.
- Technical failure — Payment went through but you never received your download links and we can't resolve it.
When We Won't Issue a Refund
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- The vocals don't fit your project (that's what the preview is for)
- You didn't read the license terms before buying
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We respond within 48 hours. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We're reasonable people. Chargebacks cost us money and time — and they cost you time too. Let's sort it out directly.
